EMERGENCY NUMBERS TO REMEMBER | Richmond, BC Daycare

Having a serious emergency with our children is never fun and always scary.
That's why we practise preventative play with our children.
But What do you do if your alone at home with your child and something does happen ?
Who do you call ?
Here are a few numbers you should always have by your phone or in your cell.
1. 911 - emergency
Make sure you let them know the following KEY INFORMATION:
a. How old your child is?
b. Is your Child Breathing or NOT
c. What is the injury
Make sure you ask for the Ambulance and Fire Department to come at the same time.

3. Poison Control Center - 604-682-5050
Call them when your child has ingested, touched, or tasted any
poison or liquids that are filled with deadly chemicals.
*** If your child is unconscious or coming in and out of consciousness or CAN'T Breathe ..... CALL 911 as well ! ***
