4 Hot Tips for Cool Fun this Winter | Richmond, BC Daycare

With winter starting to set in its a good time to think about how to keep your kids warm and yet have fun.

Here are 4 things you can do to keep warm and have a little fun this winter in Richmond, BC.

1. Two Words: Artic Fleece. Not only is it light, but warm if layered with another jacket. This decreases the likely hood of a winter cold when your kids work up a sweat outdoors and want to dress down indoors.

2. FORGET ABOUT FASHION. If you look cool, then your gonna be "cold". Chose warmth and put vanity aside.

3. Fuel Up. Go for protein and complex carbs. Things such as yogurt and
granola or a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread. Hot Chocolate doesn't
hurt either.

4. Try something New this winter like "snow-tubing" on Cypress Mountain or Zip Lining in Whistler, or even a snow walk at the New elevated Tree Walk at
the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
