WHAT TO WEAR FOR WINTER ! | Richmond, BC RPC Daycare

If you have noticed as of late, we have had quite a chill spell come through Richmond. And from the weather report it is only going to get colder, as cold as -9 degrees !!!!


Now as many of you may know, we still go out to play in the playground to get some fresh air so it is important that you out fit your child or children with the right clothing and accessories for this WINTER season. 


Please have a look at the images just below and make sure that you send your kids to School and Daycare with them so they keep warm and don't get sick while playing out doors.

This is a good winter jacket. Or any jacket that looks like this and is for Winter is a good jacket. 

Do not send your child to school with just a sweat shirt or sweat jacket. Those jackets are made out of cotton and can easily get wet which will make the cold worse for your child.

Good winter gloves are important also especially when we start to get snow !  It keeps the fingers warm and mobile. 

Scarves are the best in the cold weather as it keeps the neck warm and shields it from the cold wind !











This is the second most important clothing to wear during winter !
We lose the most heat from our head ! 
Please make sure you pack this with your child/children before you send them to school !
