Bullying has been a common topic over the last 5 years in the school system whether in Canada or in USA.
There is not doubt that the Bullying cases have risen in the last few years. As a childcare worker for over 20years now, I have seen many situations of bullying and often wondered how these situations could of been prevented.
I believe that some of the "Stop Bullying" events have brought awareness but has done little to provide parents and kids with practical ways to prepare for bullying or even better, to set the tone before bullying even happens.
Recently I came upon this video on YOUTUBE that really touched my heart.
Not only was it about a REAL LIFE BULLYING situation. It was a video that brought solutions for parents and kids on how to "BULLY PROOF" themselves before a bullying situation happens.
Watch this video and see how world famous Jiu-Jitsu brothers, Rener and Ryron Gracie walk a young teen named Austin how to "Bully Proof" himself so that he would not be bullied ever again.
