RPC PRE-REGISTRATION | Richmond, BC RPC Daycare








Its that time again for those of you who are not already attending RPC but would love to get your child into our program. 

Please read on for all the information and STEPS you need to take.

A. PRE-REGISTRATION DATE:  March 4th to 7th, 2013

B. WHAT TO DO: 
 

 Step #1. Come in and fill out a pre-registration form.
               After which you will be given a "NUMBER" 
               at this time.

Step #2   March 8th, 2013 will be our DRAW DATE for:
 
  • September Enrollment for Preschool, Daycare,                       Out of School Care (Kindergarten to Gr. 7).
  • SUMMER Program (Kindergarten age to Grade 7)      



PLEASE NOTE: 

  • You do not have to be present for the draw. 
  • If you are selected, a space will be held for you and you will be notified by phone by Monday March 11th, 2013 and asked to come in March 11th - March 14th, 2013 between the hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm to PAY:
                   a. $100 deposit for Preschool
                   b. $200 deposit for Daycare or 
                        Out of School Care September 
                        enrollment (Kinder to Grade 7)
                   c. Summer fees at the rate of 
                       $650 per month, $200 per week,
                       $60 per day. 

            ***All Summer Fees are NON -REFUNDABLE*** 





Step #3 - Once we receive your deposit or summer fee payment, we will give you a registration package to take home and complete. All completed registration forms must be returned to the office by FRIDAY MARCH 15th, 2013 along with your posted-dated cheques for September 2013 to June 2014. If we fail to receive your completed registration package and payment by the deadline of Friday, March 15th, 2013 your name will be moved to the end of the Pre-Registration list. 


  • We will begin a new waiting list for all families who do not get selected beginning with the remainder of names that signed up during our Pre-Registration week. ( March 4th, 2013).

Is there someone in the Office the whole day ? Administration Office Hours - 10am to 5pm 3. Do we have Transportation service ? YES. As a part of out service, RPC offers transportation to and from the 4 schools it currently serves.
