BEST IPAD LEARNING APP & ACTIVITY





One of my most favorite app's on my ipad is STARWALK. 

 (Search it in your APP Store of your ipad or iphone)
Starwalk is an App that lets your children learn about our solar system and all the planets and stars in real time. It can be used and viewed at any time of the day but is so much cooler at night when you are outside looking at the stars at the same time. 

 Though this app is not FREE as it is a PAID app, I do highly recommend this if your child is into space and stars and solar systems !






















ACTIVITY WITH THE STARWALK: 



Once you have downloaded STARWALK into your ipad or iphone, take a trip out one night around 10pm on a good dark night with flash lights and hot Chocolate, to PORTAL COVE and watch the stars together using STARWALK. Oh and don't forget to bring a camera with you because on a clear night you can really capture amazing star images. 

 OH and a side note, on a clear night in Portal Cove you can actually see the Milky Way Galaxy with your bare eyes. Its an amazing site.

As a part of out service, RPC offers transportation to and from the 4 schools it currently serves.
